By downloading, installing, or using SyncFile ("the App", "the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use the App.

These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("User", "you", "your") and SyncFile ("Company", "we", "us", "our") regarding your use of the App.

You retain ownership of all files and content you synchronize using the App. We do not claim any intellectual property rights over your content.

The App integrates with Google Drive and uses Google authentication services. Your use of these services is subject to Google's Terms of Service and Privacy Policy.

We are not responsible for the availability, accuracy, or content of third-party services. Any issues with Google Drive or Google authentication should be directed to Google.

8. Disclaimer of Warranties
